Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
  • During high-volume periods such as drops, restocks, holidays, or sales, processing times may be extended.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 7–21 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately before the order ships.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

KIXKZ CLOTHING is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance regarding modifications.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will ship within the estimated timeframe listed in the product description. If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, the order may ship together once all items are available.
